I haven't studied for years, Am I capable?
We understand that returning to education can be daunting, however, we can assure you that you're not alone. wWhilst we can't do the work for you, we can support you throughout and adapt where necessary to suit your unique learning style. You will be given the best possible opportunity to succeed.

Is there a time limit for the course?
You are initially given 90 days access to the course and we have found this is usually plenty of time. However, if you need longer then all you have to do is ask. There are no extra costs involved.

Is there an exam?
No exam for this one, However, you do have 3 assignments to complete. We have broken these down to make them easy to complete. No referencing required. You will also have a micro teach, peer and self evaluation to complete.

How long will the course take to complete?
A great deal relies on how much time you are able to dedicate to your learning and your previous knowledge and experience. The course comes with a guide of 120 guided learning hours to complete including the micro teach session prep. But as we have said the beauty of online learning is that you can learn at your own pace.

I'm worried I will get side tracked with online learning. How can I stay on track?
We understand that you are not actually going to be in a classroom, and this can be difficult. If you find you are struggling contact your tutor who will help you devise a plan that will help keep you on track.

I have specific learning needs, can I still complete the course online?
Yes, we can always help and support you. Make sure you discuss any specific needs with your tutor who will be able to assist you with an individual plan, and provide any support that you need.

I have been a tutor since 2000 and have worked as a college lecturer, as well as an independent trainer. I am fortunate enough to have been a fire fighter for over 20 years which has given me a great deal of practical experience in the fields that I teach. I have two of the best jobs in the world. I love teaching and supporting people to reach their potential is one of the most rewarding things I am able to do.
